Non-Returnable Policy
Once delivered, products cannot be returned due to hygiene and regulatory reasons.
Refund/Replacement Exceptions
Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:
The product is damaged, leaked, or defective at the time of delivery.
A wrong product was shipped by our team.
Claim Process
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video and product images must be sent to info@biovisma.com along with the order ID.
After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund Mode
Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment method only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
No Refund Cases
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
Change of mind or dissatisfaction after product usage.
Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.
Incorrect address provided by the customer.
